Did You Know - The Calendar Theory

"Did you know '_____'" is an assignment tasked to create a short explainer video about any topic we found interesting. As I recently learnt about a theory tying the number of playing cards in a deck to time before the project, I thought it would be fun to show this visually as I reckon it is a topic that has never come across the average person's mind.

Being more thematically spirtual due to the relations to time, I chose a more mysterious and minimalistic concept for the video, using flat colours and thinner lines accompanied with atmospheric background sound effects and textures adding a slight retro mood. The smooth, seamless animation and transitions brings the viewer through a visually engaging journey, effectively connecting the symbolism of time to playing cards.
