Often seen as a taboo and inauspicious topic, funerals are rarely spoken about in families, only surfacing when someone passes away. Stemming from personal experience, the lack of knowledge about the process and rituals of a funeral brought difficulties in connecting with the deceased.

Through this interactive publication, it aims to provide a more accessible approach to learn about such customs and traditions for the ones who may need the knowledge in the future. It also functions as a way to preserve the heritage of Taoism in Singapore.
